Restorative Yoga & Reiki

Begins with grounding breathwork and guided Reiki offered to the entire room, creating an immediate sense of calm and energetic balance. Gentle tapping techniques from Donna Eden’s Energy Medicine (EEM) and Lauren Walker’s Energy Medicine Yoga (EMYoga) help move energy downward and regulate the nervous system. From there, participants settle into supported restorative poses while receiving optional hands-on Reiki for deeper release and alignment. The result is a soothing, heart-centered practice that restores vitality and renews inner peace.
